If you would like to make a poster presentation, you also need to download "abstract_template_for_poster.doc", make abstract and send it to the Secretariat too.

Poster information
- Poster board: W115cm×H152cm
- Please prepare in English
- All poster should be mounted on the board five minutes before the poster session starts.
- Please provide a PDF file (one slides, A4 sized, landscape orientation) for the flash talk and send it by Dec.13 to the secreatariat. Presentation time is planned as about two mimutes. It will be announced after the cordination.
- All student poster presenter will be the candidates of Student Poster Award.

- 英語での作成をお願いします
- ポスターボードの大きさ： 幅115cm×高さ152cm
- ポスターセッション開始5分前までに掲示をお願いします。
- 12/17にフラッシュトークを行いますので、PDF（A4横）1枚のプレゼンテーション用ファイルを作成の上、12/13までに事務局まで送付してください。発表時間は２分程度を予定していますが、発表人数により調整してお知らせします。
- ポスター発表に応募された学生の皆様は、学生ポスター賞の対象とさせていただきます。
